Liability Waiver

I recognise that flamenco dance/music classes and performances require physical exertion that may be strenuous and cause physical injury, pain or death. I acknowledge that I (or my child) am voluntarily participating and am fully aware of the risks involved. I take full responsibility for any injuries I (or my child) may sustain and damage or loss to my personal property (or that of my child). I agree that neither I nor my heirs, assign or legal representatives will sue or make any claims whatsoever against Flamencollab or my teacher for any personal injury, property damage/loss or wrongful death.

Medical Attention Policy

In the situation where an ambulance is required, an ambulance will be contacted by Flamencollab. The student (or parent, if student is a minor) will incur these costs.

Privacy Policy

Cancellation Policy

  1. If my teacher is away, a substitute teacher will be arranged to give the class. If a substitute teacher cannot be arranged, and class is cancelled due to my teacher being ill or otherwise, a make-up class will be scheduled which I can attend. If I am unable to attend said make-up class, I must let my instructor know swiftly if a refund for the class is necessary.

  2. If I do not attend a class that I have paid for as part of my trimester fees, I can attend any other class within the same trimester to make up for it. Missed classes cannot be made-up during the following trimester and are otherwise forfeited by the student.

Payment Policy

Trimester fees must be paid as per the dates and terms stated on the invoice. If a students fails to adhere to the payment dates, they may be refused entry to class.

If a student decides to discontinue classes mid-trimester and has previously chosen to pay via payment plan, they must provide 4 weeks notice in writing to Cherie Morgan via email at flamencollab@gmail.com. The student is obligated to pay the fees owing up until their end date (4 weeks from written notice) whether or not the student decides to attend classes during that time.

Casual payments must be made on the day of class either by online transfer or correct cash.
All payments are non-refundable.
